The Simply Vibe SV-S350PLUS Rechargeable Speaker has a clean and sleek look. I really like the symmetrical, curved front and back faces as I find them visually pleasing and provides a comfortable tactile shape. Another thing that really impressed me was the good quality workmanship.I bought this primarily to serve as an external speaker for my iPad and it works very well in that mode.
Usually when I’m in my office, I would set the volume at around 50% and the volume is loud enough to fill my office.Taking the size of the speakers into consideration, I was quite impressed by the richness of the output. I’ve got a small Sony portable stereo and the SG-350P’s performance is comparable to it at low to medium volume levels.
Compared to my Altec Lansing iM-237 Orbit Ultra portable Speaker. The sound quality is about the same when at MAX volume. When the volume is at 50%, the SimplyVibe SG-350P’s sound was generally cleaner and crisper. When talking about the bass, I would prefer the iM-237. Overall, I still prefer the SimplyVibe SV-S350PLUS Premium Rechargeable Speaker
I think that SimplyVibe did a great job of designing this product. It is very well constructed and portable as well. I would definitely recommend this to iPad owners, this is definitely better then the shitty in-built iPad speakers.
